WHEN will my order be delivered?
Madbeef Skewer emphasizes on the quality of product we deliver. Therefore, the guideline below shall allow you to plan your purchase in advance. Delivery will be scheduled from the time of Payment is Submitted.
Delivery process will be made on TUESDAY and FRIDAY ONLY
RM25-delivery charge for West Malaysia (Klang Valley and Selangor area).
RM30-delivery charge for West Malaysia (Other than Klang Valley and Selangor area).
Items will be passed to logistics on Tuesday or Friday, and customers will receive them the next day (depending on the destination, delivery processes might take more than one day).
Orders made this week will be passed to logistics next week. Unless there are other deliveries scheduled for this week, we can arrange to deliver them together.
If urgent delivery is needed, please inform us via WhatsApp-0143213696.
Please take in consideration for the situations below as an examples that might affect the delivery process:
- If Tuesday or the next day is a Public Holiday, the delivery arrangement will be made on the next Friday.
- If Friday or the next day is a Public Holiday, the delivery arrangement will be made on the next Tuesday.
- For certain rural area, it might take more than two days for the delivery process to complete.
- We will keep you posted for the latest information or you may direct contact us for updates.
For express delivery(for Klang Valley and Selangor), please contact Customer Service via right corner button link. Express delivery will be arrange via "Lalamove", "Mr Speedy", "Grab Delivery" or any other third party services. Extra charges may occurs during the event of express delivery.
Note
There are NO delivery arrangement on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
There are NO delivery arrangement to Outside of Malaysia at the moment.
In the event there are any changes on the delivery schedule, you will be contacted via phone calls, FB messenger or Whatsapp.
